Due to a generous donation from a young American pen-pal, Shalika and Madushani were able to purchase teaching supplies for their Saturday School. The kids ask if they could hold the school in this covered area that was not being used at the moment. They worked all day cleaning it up, and on Saturday morning held their first English class for the younger kids in their new one room school house! The young children are eager to learn and we are extremely fortunate to have two young girls so willing to teach. They told Donna this trip that they hope to be teachers, just like her, when they grow up! Thank all of you for your prayers this trip. This has been our best trip and we are sad that we are leaving so soon. It seems we just arrived!
